Parking is in demand in every city around the world, and with demand comes complex operational challenges. There’s a huge need for technology to help streamline day-to-day ops. Parking meters and physical permits are being replaced by mobile apps and license plate recognition cameras. The industry is undergoing a digital revolution and parking professionals need solutions that cater to an increasingly tech friendly client base.

Offstreet and parking go together like PB + J, and we’re looking for a driven BDR to join our team and help spread this message. Offstreet is a high-growth tech company based in Regina, SK. and this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to play a critical role in growing a startup, expanding their knowledge and experience, and challenging themselves professionally.

The position is based in Regina, Saskatchewan and is remote-friendly.

What you'll do:

    - Nurture marketing qualified leads to transition them to sales qualified leads
    - Prepare and lead discovery calls/demos with targeted prospects
    - Engage with prospects via cold calling, outbound emails, LinkedIn, and warm referrals/introductions (plus any other ideas you have)
    - Become an expert on Offstreet’s product and market
    - Be a customer advocate by relaying market insights to the product team

What you have:

    - Interest in building a career in sales/account management
    - Strong empathy for customers and curiosity to understand their challenges
    and desired outcomes
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to learn quickly, resourcefulness, and strong problem solving skills
    - Team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced high performance environment

What's even better (not required):

    - Direct sales experience and being ok with hearing ‘no’
    - Tech experience → B2B SaaS is even better
    - Knowledge of the parking industry

    - $50,000 - $70,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience
