When a parker arrives on campus, they can create a parking session in a variety of ways, depending on the setup and the preference of the parking department:
In some cases, parkers scan a QR code and enter their license plate number to create a validated parking session for themselves.
In other situations, departments may create parking validations on behalf of their guests, in which case all that’s required of the guest is to park in the designated area.
For events, unique parking registration links may be sent to attendees, allowing them to create a validated parking session and view the parking location on a map in advance of the event.
