  • Add Additional Plates To A Permit

    Log in to the Offstreet dashboard at dashboard.offstreet.io Click on "Tenant Permits" in the left-hand sidebar and select the appropriate tenant Search for and select the permit you'd like to add additional plates to Click "Edit" Click "Add 'X' Additional Plates" (amount available varies depending on your operator) Confirm changes are correct Click "Save" For additional support, please contact the Offstreet support team at support@joinoffstreet.com.

  • Create A User Account

    Log in to the Offstreet dashboard at dashboard.offstreet.io Click on "Registration Settings" in the left-hand sidebar Click "Create" and select the location you would like to apply this setting to Fill out the setting name, enable in the portal, dashboard, or both Add and configure desired parking rules Click "Save" Add Additional Information Toggle from General to Info Click "Create" Select whether or not this additional information will be in the format of text input or a drop-down menu Type the field label (ie., Name) Click "Create" Add Pricing Toggle from General to Pricing Select the appropriate pricing type (ie., daily/nightly rate, flat rate, or rate table) Configure the pricing option Click "Save" Apply The Setting To Tenant(s) Toggle from General to Tenant Select the tenants this registration will be applied to Click "Save" For additional support, please contact the Offstreet support team at support@joinoffstreet.com.

    Getting To The Codes List Log in to the Offstreet dashboard at dashboard.offstreet.io Click on "Tenant" in the left-hand sidebar Search for and select the tenant you'll be managing codes for Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the appropriate registration setting Navigate to the "Codes" toggle Adding A New Code Click the "Add Code" button in the top right corner Enter the code in the "Code" field Associate additional information with the code (ie., name or unit number) Click "Save" Uploading A List of Codes Click on the "Upload" button in the top right corner Download the example spreadsheet Enter or copy/paste codes into the spreadsheet Associate additional information by adding additional columns to the spreadsheet Save the spreadsheet as an Excel or CSV file type Upload the spreadsheet using the "Choose Files" button Click "Save" in the right corner Editing A Code Search for the code you'd like to edit by typing it in the search field Click on the green pencil icon to the right of the code Edit the code or additional information Click "Save" Deleting A Code Search for the code you'd like to edit by typing it in the search field Click on the red trash icon to the right of the code Confirm you'd like to delete the code by clicking "Delete" on the confirmation message For additional support, please contact the Offstreet support team at support@joinoffstreet.com.
